If you don't see some essential component for your website, ask MicroSwift, and we will see if we can get that software loaded for you.
All server related issues are handled free of charge by our tech support team. Should you require website repairs, upgrades or need help of any other nature relating to your site, there is a service fee. Minimum charge is one half hour. While our technicians perform regular, scheduled backups, the responsibility to protect and save your data rests with you. If you have something critical to your career, hobby, or business, it is your responsibility to keep a copy of it locally on your own computer. Our backups are designed for recovery from serious system failures, not for recovery of files accidentally or intentionally deleted by users. We may be able to restore files a user has deleted, but there are charges associated with doing so.
Our tech support can readily help with all server related issues, mail accounts and with most publishing problems. However, we are not Microsoft and we cannot be expected to correct your local PC issues or software problems. Although, we will do our best to help you. If we can not help we will recommend that you contact the software or computer manufacturer. We must limit technical support to issues directly related to our server's performance, web server related processes, and with the configuration of your e-mail client. As mentioned above, our prime directive is providing you with web space and functionally. Your computer issues and or operating system problems should be directed to the manufacturer. Although, we will instruct you on how to Send and Receive your email, load a browser, or use ftp, to the best of our ability. The manufacture of your product remains your best choice for support with these products. We cannot teach you how to design your web pages, how to write perl scripts, how to compile code, etc., except on a consultancy basis. At our discretion we may assist customers with non-server related issues. However, providing such additional service shall not be construed to mean that MicroSwift, Inc. is obligated to provide such service. Fees may be involved with non server related problems.
